Deadlock - Hooklocks are the first line of defence for your Ford Transit, Ford Transit Custom or Ford Transit Connect. They are a visible deterrent as well as an effective barrier to gaining access to your tools and equipment.
One method of breaking into load-space areas on vans is via door peeling - this is where the thieves work at the corner of the side or rear door until they have pulled it back enough to gain access by either climbing inside or simply removing what they are able to reach. Fitting a hooklock in a high position will help to strengthen that vulnerable area and improve your Ford Transit Security
Some vans are particularly vulnerable to attack via the front driver's door leaving the rest of the doors easily accessible to the thief. We provide a front lock replacement with high security bezel keyed alike with either deadlocks or slamlocks.
The sensor upgrade will provide a link between your existing alarm and the load-space area of your van. This means that in the event that a thief is able to gain access to the rear of your vehicle the sensor will trigger your alarm and will enhance your Ford Transit security.
Please note that this can only be provided on vans with a factory alarm already fitted. For vans without the factory alarm we would need to install an additional alarm in order to provide the sensor upgrade. This sensor is installed as standard on our alarm installations.
Ford Transit High Door Switch
Another great addition to your Ford Transit security is the installation of a side door switch fitted in a high position. This will trigger your factory alarm if anyone attempts to gain access by pulling at the top of the door.
This switch can also be installed with a new alarm system if your vehicle does not already have a factory alarm.
Ford Transit Reverse Cameras
We provide different options for Reverse Cameras but these are dependent on the age and features of your vehicle.
For vehicles from 2018 onwards with the option for the large dashboard screen we can interface directly to provide an image on the screen of the reverse image each time reverse gear is engaged.
If your Ford Transit does not have the large screen we can install a Rear View Mirror Monitor which will display the image instead.

Loomguards, Side Door Plates and Anti-Shield guards provide additional protection against attack of the factory locking system.
Your central locking wires are visible from the outside of the vehicle and can easily be accessed by thieves. In doing this they are likely to cause damage to the vehicle as well as being able to gain access to your tools and equipment. The Loomguard provides a physical barrier preventing them from being able to access the central locking system.
Ford Transit Side and Barn Door Plates
Another method thieves use to get to your internal door mechanism is to puncture the vehicle from the outside. It only takes a relatively small hole for them to gain access to the mechanism and operate the central door locking. The Door Plates form a tough external barrier which will prevent access in this manner.
Internal plates are also available for some vans.
Ford Transit and Ford Transit Custom Folding Mirror Upgrade
If you already have folding mirrors on Ford Transit and Ford Transit Custom models we can upgrade these for you so that they will automatically fold in on lock and out on unlock.
